The availability of water and nutrients are determining factors for the growth productivity cucumber crop. implementation grafting techniques increases efficiency in absorption resources such as nutrients, improving quality, mineral content, enzymatic activity fruit. objective this research work was to evaluate effect anchor point (soil substrate), graft (with without graft), irrigation volume (100 75%) on fruit macro microelement antioxidant activity. A total eight treatments established a completely randomized experiment with factorial design 2 × arrangement. results showed an increase weight by 10% grafted plants under 100% substrate, no significant differences between were found firmness or soluble solids (TSS).
